Open house, bleh!

Well, we did it. We stayed up all weekend and got my house ready for open house yesterday, and damn I'm tired!!! I was literally falling asleep at my desk today, so I disappeared to the bathroom for a power nap. Yes, I sleep in the bathroom. I know, it's sad. But at least all the housework is done! Now we just have a couple minor repairs to do, but all the major stuff is done, thanks to my uncle and my sweetie. (Who worked their asses off! Thanks guys!) So now we just have to find a buyer and I have to find an apartment! But in the meantime, my dad is moving out of his place and there's a good chance Olaf (my sweetie) will be renting it, so I have a feeling I'll be staying over there a lot. And until then, he'll probably be staying with me (he's been at my place for over a week now, and I love having him there!) so I guess it's all working out just fine. It's a good thing my mom likes him! Actually, it was her idea for him to come stay with us (since his roommate is insane, and after living in London, I know what it's like to have an insane roommate... NOT FUN.) Even my dog loves this guy! I think Olaf is sneaking him treats when I'm at work because my dog has switched to sleeping on his side of the bed instead of mine. That little traitor! But I'm glad to have found someone who is totally on the same wavelength as me... the totally twisted wavelength!
